Former Students Officer

Part time, 16 hours per week, Term time plus 3 weeks

At Treloar’s, we are committed to ensuring our students continue to thrive long after they leave us. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Former Students’ Coordinator to provide ongoing support to our alumni and help them achieve positive, meaningful outcomes as they transition into adulthood.

This unique role enables you to work closely with former students for up to three years after they leave the college—offering guidance, signposting support and gathering important outcomes data that helps us continually improve our services.

The Officer will also work with students during their final year at Treloar‘s to support transition alongside Student Progress Coordinators.

You must be a well organised individual with good IT skills and the ability to communicate with a range of people with different needs. It is a requirement that you have good general education up to level 3 and GCSE level 2 in Maths or English or equivalent. 

There is flexibility as to how the 16 hours can be worked across the week.
