Develop your specialist skills in one of the UK's leading specialist education and therapy settings for young people with physical disabilities and complex communication needs.

At Treloar's, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and highly supportive Speech and Language Therapy team, developing expertise in supporting children and young people with physical disabilities, complex communication needs and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Whether you're a newly qualified Speech and Language Therapist or have already started your career, this could be an exciting next step if you're passionate about SEND and keen to develop specialist skills in a unique and rewarding environment.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Are an HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist (or able to register soon).
  • Have an interest in supporting children and young people with physical disabilities and complex communication needs.
  • Have some knowledge, experience or enthusiasm for AAC and communication technology.
  • Bring relevant experience from previous employment, placements, voluntary work, lived experience or other involvement within SEND.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Are motivated to learn, develop and build specialist clinical skills.
